What do you think about Kanye West?

No, I don't like him at all. There's a difference between being confident and cocky. I think that he's way too cocky and also spoiled. He also has a very disrespectful attitude towards others. I don't care how "good" someone's music is, if they're a bad person then that's it.

I like some of his songs..I love his beats..as far as Kanye as a person, I couldn't stand him until he said what everyone else was thinking when he said what he said about Bush..that would pretty much be the only reason I would even listen to what he has to say

It seems to me like a lot of what is interesting about Kanye West's music is thanks to his producer Jon Brion. Kanye's persona and performance style are interesting, but his songs seem like they'd be pretty flat without the production flourishes. Brion has a reputation for bringing out the best in artists, and I think he should get more of the credit for what he does. In many ways it seems like it must be very difficult to be able to subtly polish an artist's work to make it truly shine. I like Kanye's album, but I think a lot of the reason why is because West and Brion make such a good team.

I like Kanye. I think he's gotta gift, he's real artistic in mnay ways and his style is real unique and something hiphop really needs. His whole GOOD label is original too and im feelin his whole image and everything he stands for, hes good for hiphop.
