Hating Work!

So I work for a parking company at the airport.. I had a top management job but there was so many things happening that I put in notice and walked out.. The GM is a total Loser! If he dont like you personally he will make your life hell.. He was soo rude to some employees they would leave in tears. So After i quit about two months later the corp office called said they were taking care of things(ya right!) and asked if I would come back.. I did go back but with a non management job and now he will completely ignore me and go out of his way to avoid me.. How childish is this and the company just wont admit hes a J*ckazz! They just say "its almost impossible to prove hostile work enviroment!"Any advice to get back at him in a nice way?
