So I decided to become a pescatarian ( a vegetarian that eats only fish for meat) over a year and 2 months ago. I have found nothing but fantastic benefits of this diet. I have a hard time gaining weight and I eat until I'm content. I also, eat a diet that consists of half organic foods. I can't fit in all organic or I'd go broke. Anyway, I've found this way of eating forces me away from ordering greasy hamburgers and dripping fat bacon. When I go out to eat, my choices are more limited which in general gears me toward a healthier choice. Also, after going without meat for a while, you loose the craving for it and don't miss it at all (atleast me and my husband and children don't). I would avoid fish, but it's loaded with omega 3, tons of protein and very light in calories, great health benefits. Does this diet seem like an good option for those of you who struggle with poor eating habits and excess weight?
