What do yo think will happen to MySpace now that they are being sued for copyright infringement? Do you agree with being able to upload songs off of myspace and other such sites. Personally, I just use itunes. I mean, its only $1 a song. How many people here have Myspace accounts. Do you think Mylot is better than MySpace?

Some bands upload there own songs, which I think is cool because it gets them publicity. However, other songs are uploaded by users without the permission of the bands that own them. So its a catch22. Myspace is good for certain bands because it gets them publicity, but for others, they're getting their music stolen.

I didn't know this was a huge problem. I thought willie nelson and the like put those sites up there so we could listen. We are not supposed to add them to our site? I don't know....If we are not, then the rules should be explained....of course, any songs I did, I also added the artist as a friend, so it is on their site also.....interesting.
