What is your earliest childhood memory?

My brother and I are about 3 years apart.
I vaguely remember my mom being pregnant and going to the hospital when my brother was born. I remember my mom shared a room with a woman who had a daughter around the same age as I was at the time. We were drawing with crayons and I kept breaking the crayons (not on purpose, of course) and the girl kept getting mad at me.
Funny what we remember, huh?

You are lucky to have childhood memories that are from your very early stages in life. I think we remember them because something major happened, at least it was major to us. I can only remember as far as when I was 4. My mom and I always sang, that's how I loved singing. Most of my memories are from when I was 5 already. Mostly things that happened in school. Like dancing and getting hurt from playing.

I don't remember a lot of details from the past - not sure why. I do have one memory from when I was very small. The only thing I remember is having a great big dog jump up on my shoulders, knocking me down. I mentioned it to my mom several years ago and she said that actually did happen - when I was 9 months old!! I was surprised I was so young. I have other memories from when I was younger - such as my brother chasing my sister and I around the yard with worms - or with one of our twirling batons! And he's younger than we are.

i am really bad at remembering things... but let me try....
i remember getting into petty fights with my brother, who is a year younger to me.. my brother has a slight scar on his forehead even now, which my dad tells me was due to me.... he says that i slammed his head onto the edge of a door when i was about 3 or 4... but i dont remember such a thing...
