If some guy rapes you.Are you justified in killing him?

Yeah I say if he's hopeless and shows no remorse kill the bastard. Raping someone is worst then being murdered because the victim has to live the nightmare for the rest of her life.

I if some one is hurting you and won't stop than yes, that is a terrible crime, and most of the time the guy gets off.

if you mean it in that very moment of the act,who knows how i would react,especially if i was frightened and feel trapped...the first thing that you want to do is to escape no matter what..i can't even imagine how a girl must feel when she is rapped and i wish i won't get through that,especially since i hate it even if a guy is too pushy with me..i wouldn't want to kill anybody,not even someone who tries to rape me but in those moments i think anything can happen..

NO you can not kill him. You do not have the right to kill him. He did not kill you. If you need to do something i think the saying goes 'eye for and eye.' He raped you so get him raped back. He hurt you emotionally so get him back that way and he killed your trust in men so kill his trust in Woman. Do not kill as he does not deserve that kind of easy way out. Even hurt him physically if need be but do not kill it to good for a rapist.

If you kill him at the time of the rape, than yes I would say that was justified. but if you went after him weeks or months later than it would not be justified let the process work it out. it does work most of the time.
