Mylot Slowed down?

El Salvador

What's going on here? I've noticed that the topics are moving sooo slowly now. Do you think this is because Mylot has changed the way they are paying people for posts? Now that the posts have to be longer or better quality, people are just not coming here anymore? Its not that I don't like the topics being posted, I think that change has been great. Less random polls, and more actual discussions, its definitely more interesting. But if everyone stops posting and just leaves because its a little more work, that really sucks. What do you think about the changes that went on? Good thing or bad thing?

I think that the changes are for the better. But I still see some random yes or no kinda thing. I'm pretty sure I was guilty of this in the beginning. I do get tempted to answer some of those easy topics so that my number will go up.

I agree that in the past there have been lots of yes or no answers, but it seems that now, with more well thought out discussions being posted, its becoming easier to give longer and more quality answers, instead of trying to make a yes or no question into a longer answer.

i also support the initiative taken by mylot team to support only those posts which contribute to this site. not a one word posts which doesn't boost the image of the site. Earlier we were getting a new discussion every one second now that has slowed to good of the site.

hmm for me no problem..BUT mylot have to see another option to be better coz people in here join, posting, response their using time, money(cost) too to operation internet or bill so if mylot more difficult day after day...sure alot people will abandon this ship...but so far for me no problem

i think it's better like this. It's the way to filter people here. I saw many same topics or same question, and very short answer. Should they, the one liner poster would receive the same amount with the serious one? I think it's not fair if myLot will proceed that. Long live myLot

I think the change was good.it preventshaving yes or no answers and now we have more interesting responces and discussions.i was tired of reading the same posts over and over again.i think people thought this would be a eastway to make money but they changed things so i think that is whypeople left.

If you just want it for the money, you'd better work harder at making some longer responses. You won't get as much saying little things like this.

No way... i still think there are too many people in here. Look at the posts in new discussions everyday, my new discussions have so few people posting on it because my discussions get pulled back and no one will read it EVER a gain. that's y i don't write much discussions.

actually it's good, we'll get some quality discussions going, than just yes, no and thank you ones. people don't really bother to think about the topic being discussed

This doesn't have to do with the discussion, but I just wanted to say that your profile picture is so cute! I love kittens!

I think it's a good thing. It would be very easy (and stupid) to be paid for two or three letters. Maybe people around here will think more before answering to a topic. And I think it has nothing to do with the length of an answer it's all about his quality.

I prefer that as well. Its nice to see more thought out answers, and actual DISCUSSIONS instead of just polls in which people reply yes, or no, or a number. Its become a lot more interesting on here!

I think its good. they should try to delete and send warning notes to those abusive people who are posting really ridiculous topics like How r U? or something like that. We should discuss nice and relevant topics here

I can't say for now, just looking on next future. from my opinion the earnings system going good, but for fun is going bad. Im agree with what maumby say, people come here they put money, time, internet bill. with a lot restriction some people will leave, Im not hope that will become true because I do support for what mylot doing right now. of course spamming must be stoped in here first, but remember not all user in here spammer.

I used to find it incredibly slow but it seems to have actually speeded up a bit for me. It could still do with being quicker, it takes too long to load between pages but I don't think there's much we can do about that! It's suprising how slow broadband seems when to start with it seemed so fast. We need another big advance in the way the internet works I think!

It's good and bad. But, some of those stupid questions and y or n had to be rid off. On the other hand, I don't like a limit on how many lines. I am makeing half as much as before, because it takes so long to read the questions and then respond. I wish there was a happy inbetween.
