Poverty in India

I live in Mumbai a metro in India, its really sad to see beggers forcing their 3 year old and above children to beg, The mothers carry the new born and beg. I really feel horrible when i see these small children eating the left over on the streets running in rags and crying for food, I have seen people postings talking about cruelty to animals, What about humans who are in a worse state? Will God ever help them? I cannot help them myself as i earn little money. What will happen will man continue being cruel and brutal to humans?
