Do you have the patience to Fish?

I used to go maybe 1-2 times a year with my dad, but I never really caught anything. I was also much younger and would get bored more easily. We ended up just not going anymore. I haven't been in forever. Some people may find it relaxing, some boring. It seemed more like a waste of time for me, not having anything to show for it :(

I'm not a fisherman. One reason being is that I'm a vegetarian! I also don't understand how some spend ages catching something, weighing it and then returning it to the water. Seems so pointless. I'd rather go for a walk along the river bank instead. Much more relaxing and healthy.

I have the patience for fishing, I mostly just do it for the environment of it anyways, to relax and have good conversation, catching something is just a bonus.

it just seems like unless your catching fish your not really fishing, just kind of a have a poll in the water drowning worms lol

Fish - Fishing
I like to fish if there is someone there to take the fish on the hook and touch it. I can't do that part! That's probably why no one ever wants to take me fishing!! lol oh well.

I love fishing. The peace and quiet. The joy of just being with nature. I like going just with my husband or taking the kids and watching the joy on their faces. So many people think it as boring but I find it peaceful and refreshing.

how old are the kids? I could see that being a problem or frusterating. Sounds nice, Id like to have that someday :)
