smoking on the workplace...

I am deadset against smoking but I think people should be allowed to do whatever it is that they want outside of work. I think its wrong for a place to fire someone just because they smoke on their own time, they should only be allowed to fire if the activity takes away from the persons ability to do their job. As far as I know smoking doesn't do that.
