I always love Southern Style diet fat free and sugar free banana pudding. Made with diet banana creme or vanilla pudding both sugar and fat free, bananas, skim or fat free milk, and fat free or reduced fat nilla wafers.

For a nice, pure, and homemade fat free and sugar free banana pudding, I will give you an easy recipe. First you need fat free or just reduced fat nilla wafers, bananas, either banana creme or vanilla pudding both sugar free and fat free, and skim or fat free milk. You make the pudding as indicated and set aside. You slice the bananas. Now first thing you got to do starting at the bottom of a large bowl put first round of some nilla wafers, then put sliced bananas on top of the wafers, then put the pudding on top it. That will make a layer. You can repeat until you possibly can get the desired number of layers within the bowl. That is southern style diet banana pudding. My paternal grandmother used to have it because of her diabetes until she passed on. So that is exactly why I followed my cousin's recipe. I always enjoyed it ever since. So the recipe does not involve using the oven at all. Any questions, just get back to me on this.
