Do money gaurantee Job satisfaction?

I am planning to change my job not because of low pay but no learning opportunity..the current one is paying me more but now work..thats the irony.. i want to learn mor ein my field..i think i will go with learning and better profile than money

I am not entirly agree with you.learning is important but what you get from your job responsibility also important.there's no way people would happy with only learning and get much responsibility without a decent pay. however learning and development is most important

i agree with you and somewhat you do agree with my point that money only can not guarntee satisfaction..after a threshold its other things that controls satisfaction
