Hey there. I was able to lose all of my pregnancy weight by the time my son was 5 weeks old! :) But I started working out only a week after he was born. I am into pilates and yoga! I workout with Denise Austin, she has a tv show on Lifetime called Fit & Lite and I watch it everyday. I even workout 2 or 3 times a day! :) It's very fun.

If you had a boy, you will have a harder time getting this weight off, so don't become discouraged. Crunches are the best way to tighten the stomach muscles back up. 50-100 a day should be sufficient. Walking does wonders also. If you are nursing this will also help. Drink lots of water.

Well, it is definietly harder to lose the last 15 pounds to start with. One thing that helped me is to move around a little more and walk. Any toning exercise is also good but I had a hard time finding time to make it happen. Keeping busy and drinking lots of water were ways that took off some of the baby weight
