I like chinese food. But it's not really authentic. I know they have americanized it. I try only to eat it once a month. It's better a day old too, at least some dishes are!

of course..i'm part chinese and in hawaii, chinese food is pretty much around every corner. so i grew up eating and making chinese food. my favorite in manapua...i just learned to make it because i'm not living in hawaii anymore, and i can't really find manapua up here...i also love chair-su and chow fun...not chow mein, which every chinese take-out place has...but chow fun..the noodles are thicker.

There is a lot of chinese food. Many different ways of preparing it; steam, fried, stew etc. Chinese food is one of my favorites as I am a Singaporean Chinese.

Yes, I love it. It's my favorite too. I love a lot of the chicken dishes (the sweet ones), hot and sour soup, egg rolls, noodles. I even like the Chinese hot mustard that you get there. I ate Chinese tonight. I eat at a restaurant near us that has a huge buffet so I can get as much as I want of everything that I like.

chinese food like other asian food, have many spices on it. It what make people like chinese food or even get addicted. It also enhanced with seasoning. But too much seasoning is not good for health coz it can cause cancer on our organ
