Is Computer is Harmfull to Children ?

No it is not harmful.The computer is like anything eles you have to monitor your childern on it.Same thing ith t.v and movies they watch

I feel computers not only harmful to children, even for adults also, when they work continuously for hours. That is why it is advised, every one hour or so, they should get out of the chair, walk around, relax for a while and then start again. In case of children, when they play games, they will be intensely watching the screen without moving the eyeballs and that is harmful. So 30 to 45 minutes a day computer exposure is enough for children.

Yes, absolutely too much of anything is bad. Too much of computer is bad for children with regards to the studies as well as for their health. First thing you need to do is talk to them about it, if they are of listening type fine, else, you need to allot them timings for that daily or time out them when they have used it for too long. Time-out method has been proven a good thing among children.

There is so much for little minds to learn. The computer should be used as a learning tool as anything else you incorporate in your childs day. If you use moderation and supervision it will be more helpful than harmful.

Our boys where aloud on the computer whenever they wanted to be before 1 of them decided to visit a wrong site. We have a laptop and a desk top so they would take the lap top to their rooms well they are no longer aloud on the computer unless it is for homework and they must us the desk top in the dinning room where we can see what is going on. Kids are sneaky and it can be harmful.

Its depend on your control that not to take interest over the studies to computers , if we just make schedule for children then computers may not harmful for them.
