Tourist or traveler what would you consider your self

I would say that I am an independent traveler and I don't like it when I am called a tourist. Typically I book a flight and then travel around a particular region. During my trip I tend to stay in about five different places. I like to find out about the culture and meet the local people. I like to see the sights and get off the beaten track for some adventure.

well i would say i'm a tourist...i'm a person who prefers staying at home with family and friends....if i would go out of town so that also wud be with them...
