Should children be entered in beauty pageants?

As long as it is not over done and taken to the extreme by parents and the children know that it is for fun then it is ok. But it is those parents that make it the child's life and take it very seriously and make the children do it and make their lives miserable that I think is not ok.

No, it's forcing children to concentrate of external features, instead of learning to respect and accept people for who they are.
