How to cope with depression

Lets face it, everyone suffers from depression from time to time. I suffer from it daily. I would like to know who all suffers from depression, what are your symptoms and what do you do to cope with it? Do you take a walk, take medication, pray about it etc? What bought on your depression? Mine came along with limited finances, going to school just to graduate and not find the job I wanted, a single parent, bad relationships and the list goes on.

Talking to someone like a counselor has helped me. And I try to eat right and walk/run at least everyday.

Going for a walk is great. The exercise is not only physically uplifting, it is spiritually and mentally uplifting. Especially if it is a sunny day and you can appreciate God's creation. I also keep a gratitude journal and a prayer journal, and of course pray. Though I am on anti-depressants, I still get depressed from time to time. Life will do that to you. You just have to keep on keeping on.

depression? sympton like didnt has enough sleep, tired, cant focus on work, feeling irritated with people around you, headache. how to cope? i usually lay down and watch the sky, my best friend told me when she feel depress she always lay down and watch the sky and cloud, let off your mind, think nothing, just watch those beautiful sky. and it's work for me...

walks and exercise are a must when you are suffering from depression. apart from this try not to remain isolated from others, rather make sure that you always have some company around you beat parents. friends or anyone else. and the last thing never consider yourself as ill, and just keep yourself occupied with anything that interests you and even if things do not seem interesting still go on and try to do things just to keep yourself occupied

natural cure for depression are many, but the main thing which makes a great differrance is yoga and praneyama. then of course meditation follows when u r ready. the body and mind must be balanved first, the thoughts bugging u should slowly receed take the back seat and then new positive thoughts should replace the old one's. ........................................................................................................................................................... always be in a positive situation, if u feel there' negativity in a place, stop going there. never allow urself to be manipulated or driven by unnecessray ,unwanted buildups and desires. unfulfilled desires cause depression. when u expect something when when the unexpecte happens u feel depressed and along with it a sense of unworthines. meditate offen and exercise, idle mind is the devils workshop. ...........................
