I do love fried potatoes. I like them sliced very thin strips and then fried in my iron skillet in some bacon grease that is drained off the bacon that I cooked earlier. My favorite way to eat them is with some ham and some cornbread!

I'm not very fond of fried potatos, I would much rather have mashed or scalloped potatos :)

I love fried potatoes with onions and mushrooms. While I was pregnant with my last child I craved fried potatoed and polish sausage!
