Metallic or Plastic Spectacle frames?

i hv. been advised to use spectacles but i am confused about type of spectacle frame to choose?plz. advise.

i think metallic frames are more durable. i have a pair of plastic spectacle frames, and i don't wear it often because the material's too light, i could feel it slipping out of my ears all the time.

i think metallic are too heavy and pinches your nose and leaves impressions or scars on your nose. I prefer plastic for everyday use
