Base for Reservation?

hi guys what should be base for reservation provided?
1. cast
or
2. economic condition.
i think reservation should be given to poor people because cast based reservation gives benefit only to creamy layer.
do u agree?

YES I AGREE. WE GIVE ONLY BASED ON ECONOMIC CONDITION ONLY.BECAUSE THIS IS VERY USEFUL FOR POOR PEOPLE.

Yes i totally agree with you. Reservation should be given to them who r in real need.
