I am thinking of purchasing a good cozy apartment for my family but my mother insists that we must get a home loan from a bank and we must purchase a flat intead of a appartment, But I am a little uncomfortable with this because I am afraid that what if I am not able to repay the loan back then what will happen and my mom says that we must leave this things on god and we must get a flat instead of a apartment. Now what should I do in this case? Please help.

i think you must go for an appartment by taking loan from bank..and you must always think positively and have faith in god as your mother said.

I think you should go for an apartment now and then after some years you can always sell your apartment at a higher price and then you can buy a flat by taking some loan.....................
