how to stop thinking

i am not able to stop thinking? even while sleeping i am getting dreams . what to do

why are you interested in stopping thinking? as far as i know the only way is diing, but i would not suggest it... why don't you try to concentrate yourself in the Nothing? that should be more or less the way
