Reservation quota in India - Licence for legal corruption?

I am strongly against any reservation on cast or religion basis. I think this is shaking the roots of indian economy by depriving the real talent to give what they deserve. Its a heinous and vote biased act to freshly introduce any cast or religion based quota in this modern 21st century. Our politicians are just interested about increasing their vote banks. Shame on the politicians for using such divisive policies to increase their votes in their pockets. How many needy poor people get the benefit of those reservation quotas? Must be less than 1% of the total quota use. The politicians are just fooling the illiterate mass of India. These abominable politicians will never try to improve the level of primary education and will do nothing. That will make our countrymen educated enough to understand how those politicians fool us. The reservation quota system was introduced in our constitution for just 10 years and it seems that it will go on for another 100 years without serving its actual cause. So disgusting!! I think this is really serious issue and would welcome your comments.
