How to learn more and more knowledge

I have already graduate form college for a year,but during the year I found out I have not learn enough knowledge from the practical work. now I always confuse what to do,how to do.

Hmm, it looks like you lack confidence. OK the answer is simple as it gets. If you confused, then do more, the more you do, the more knowledge you get, the less confused. If you don't know what to do, do more so the more you do, the better you get the more options you will find, and then you know what to do. If you don't know how to do also do more. The more you do, the better you get the better you do things.
