who can tell me what is "barbecue"?

To roast, broil, or grill (meat or seafood) over live coals or an open fire, often basting with a seasoned sauce. Barbecue is delicious!

eheh don't u really know what is a barbecue?? Very strange! You have some fire and a grating on wich you put a pork or some sausage. Fire will cook sausage or the meat u put there. Fire must not be so high...because you can burn ur hands too :D. We use doing them in the summer. I love doing barbecue on the beach ;)) and eating sausages....that sometimes are full of sands too LOL. Meat cooked in this way is so tasty!!
