where do you hide your Christmas presents for the kids?

So where do you hide yours? Have they ever found them lol.
we hide our presents to the kids in the cuboard in our bedroom and so far they havnt been able to find them:p but then they are only 1,2 and 4 so they dont think we have anything in the house yet lol But i would like to have some ideas for future use as they will get older and wiser as to what goes on around here at this time in the year:)

cute. :) hehe.. when we were still kids, i guess our parents just left the gifts and goodies in the car. we were small, and our parents come home late. we didn't really go out and check the car, so we never knew.. :)
but one time, they gave chocolates. they didn't want them to melt, so they put it in the fridge. they forgot to take it all out, and we saw everything. that's when we knew the gifts came from them all along.. Santa doesn't leave goodies in the fridge, i guess. haha! :)

Yeh lol thats true lol although my MUM used to tell me and my sis that he used to come round often when we were asleep just to drop of some stuff so they could wrap it for them as he was to busy lol That was because Me and the Sis used to have more fun i think searching for the hiding space rather than finding out what we were getting :p It kept my parents on their toes anyways :p

That's a good question! I asked the neighbour to keep the gifts - but you should have proper neighbours!

we hide things in our bedroom cupbouards above the bad and the wardrobe which is hard for them to open. The attic is a good place and the garage.
Mine are 7 and nearly 3 and although they know there are boxes on top of the cupboards don't seem to have realised what they are. At the moment I have a big cardboard box from my dishwasher in my room so they're too busy playing with that.
My pals little ones are 8, 6 and 3 and they found the presesnts -t hankfully wrapped in the "Broken" downstairs loo, the presents were then whisked to Grandma for safe keeping lol!

lol yeh sometimes i think just getting them a couple of big cardboard boxes for christmas would do the trick be a hell of a lot cheeper :p
Well we dont have that much space to hide ours i could mabey get them in the shed but id be too scared they got to cold and damp so our cuboard in the bedroom is much better as it LOCKs lol but yeh as they get older they get wiser too lol

I never could find a good hiding place. My kids always knew what they were getting for Chirstams. One year I hide them in the trunk of the car. I forgot they were there and with one of the kids standing there I opened the trunk and they sw the dolls. eve n when I wrapped them they would get into them . It would have helped if I had not been working.

My parents used to put our presents in the closets and we never found them. But my cousins' parents had to use my grandma's house to hide them in. I guess it depends on how sneaky the kids are! We knew we would have been beaten until we were black and blue if we got into our parents' closet.

hey wow that is an unusual place to hide them sadly would never work with us as the our kids are never out the Kitchen lol you would honestly think we starved them the amount of time they are in and out the kitchen :p

I keep the presents for the kids and my husbands present in my closet. The kids are not allowed in our room and my husband stays out of my closet so that's where I keep them. My husband keeps his presents for me in his closet, hidden. So far we've been lucky and haven't seen any of the presents.

we put them in the bedroom closet and lock the door and take the key with us.

ha ha yeh i think thats gonna be a good one for future as we were nearly caught out the other day when the cuboard door was left slightly open and our eldest came in the room and seen something glitter. Quick to think i said it must be the boogyman so he never ventured any further lol hope it sticks and he dousnt bother going near there again :)

I dont have any kids so luckily don't have this problem!
But when I was younger my parents had to hide the presents at my dad's work because otherwise I would just search the house until i found them lol
