Love is a basic dimension of human experience that is variously conveyed as a sense of tender affection, an intense attraction, the foundation of intimacy and good interpersonal chemistry, willing self-sacrifice on behalf of another, and as an ineffable sense of affinity or connection to nature, other living beings, or even that which is unseen. It manifests itself in feelings, emotion, behavior, thoughts, perception and attitude. It influences, underlies and defines major patterns in interpersonal relationships and self-identification.

we need not to confuse between love,in the sense of god and love between human beings ...normally the defionation when confused by people,like in a relatio ship and ended up breaking up we say one of them for example did not love that peron butliked him/her.i can tell the straight meaning of love it is ambigous/lot of meaning.

Love is staying with someone for the rest of your life, talk to old people, they'll tell you what love really is.

Wow, what a question. I'll try and give my honest opinion on this and hope it makes sense. I think that to love is to love unconditionally. To love with all, all being your whole heart, your whole soul and your whole body. I have this saying: A friend is a person who knows all about you and loves you just the same. It says it in a nutshell. You love unconditionally and not a little bit because they do this wrong or that wrong. You love a person for who they are - not for what they can do for you, or how rich they are. I hope this all made sense.

first i wouldl ike to say love is not a matter of satisfaction...love is a sacrifice..

Firstly,love do classify into family love,country love and the love between boys and girls.Love is an open and sophisticated knowledge.Love take place when someone have the belief and trust to each others(people,country which I mean)and even sacrifice.The love between boys and girls,some people do say that love is selfish.There are many thought about love which will be discover later,hope u find out what you want to know ,be patient and be more explore to the community.My English is a little bit weird and poor ,hope u can read it.
