i usually squeeze it from the center.. but when it's getting low i do it from the bottom and tend to roll the tube up tightly to be able to get all of the remaining paste to the front of the tube.

Well in the beginning i usually press wherever my hand falls but as i run out of toothpaste inside the tube, i start pressing on the bottom carefully.

I squeeze the toothpaste tube from the bottom. Its because if I squeeze it from the middle... it will loose its form and bend as time goes by... And if from the top, the next time i would brush my teeth... its another long squeezing. And for sure whether I squeeze it from the bottom or from the top, for sure in time I have to squeeze the paste all through the top.

I think I have a bad habit in this aspect. I always like to squeeze the toothpaste tube from the center:)

Nice question. I go for bottom. Cause thats the way you can use all the paste out of it.

I squeeze the toothpaste at the centre and apply onto my toothbrush. Then I close the cap and slowly push from the bottom to make sure the paste is at the top. Sometimes I stay at the hotel which they provide a set of toothbrush and toothpaste.
The toothpaste is so small that my thumb feel up the whole toothpaste.LOL...
