How did/do you manage a drunk people when they started to bother you???

Since I went out clubbing lots and use subway in NYC,I see lot of drunk and weird people(especially men)at subway and It's not that fun when they start to bother me.
I sometimes stay at my friend's place but when I go home,I usually have to deal with these drunk people!!
One time I was getting off the train and this mid 20's guy was trying to follow me but he was pretty drunk.When he was about to touch my shoulder I turned around and pushed him hard enough and he fell down at the platform and some people who knew all was clapping their hands and said "that was cool!!"..lol
Another one,This guy was drunk as well but he was harder to get rid of.He actually followed from seat to seat and when I was getting off the train,he crabbed my arm.Well I am small but I do what I need to do when people makes me mad so I kicked the guy's crotch with boots and haha...he was down.
There was this homeless man watching what has happened and he was saying that he sees this guy lots trying to grab girls so I went up to the boose and reported that stupid drunk guys is on the platform so get him while you can:)
How do you manage a drunk people? What did you do or would you do when not much people are around?

Being a college student, I learned how to manage.
You have to make it fun for you. Play games talking to them and make fun of them without them knowing it. that makes it funny for you and funny for them cuase they don't know it anyways.

I just ignore them. But if they are insisting I gather my friends and start a fight.

I usually end up insulting them to their faces but in such a way that everyone else around them gets the joke but they themselves don't. I'm actually getting this weird reputation with my friends as the person who can "difuse a gaggle of drunks." Somehow I talk to them and they end up going away happy without anything actually happening. Hmmm. I really don't know what I do, though. I'll have to pay more attention to what I actually say in the future. :)
