What are the options left with the Indian team

Now that everything in the book has been tried by the selectors and the coach, what in ur opinion are the options left for the Indian team

i know they will come back in test series because their recent test form is good...

I think the team need to be re-builded .. like Australian team Indians will also have to take strict action towards the ones who are constantly failin
