how can i improve my vision naturally without surgery?

i am myopic.i have -1.25d inthe left eye and -0.75 in the right eye. i dont want to wear spectacles or lenses. i am 16 yrs of age. i hope there would be many ways to improve vision or some exercises. please help me in any way if u can....

we have the same eye problem. i suggest you to see your doc and ask about eye training and/or LASIK treatment..

that kind of vision problem cant be solved with extra products os food, you have to wear spectacles or lenses, dont think it can be treated without it, but ask the doctors. hope you get better
