of course, one need not lose self respect and work for someone who cannot appreciate good work. a good worker can always find work elsewhere and do a good job.

I have done it once, I have spoke on the face of my boss and i quit the job on spot. That was a strange experience.

One time my boss and i got into it really bad.. I told him that i quit and he said dont bother your fired.. I clocked out and the man had the nerve to follow me out to my car yelling at me all the way..we stood out side yelling at each other for 20 minutes.. And I dis like yelling with a purlpe passion.. When I finally got into the car, he said Dont forget to show up for work tomorrow ! I did show up, and we talked for about an hour locked up in his office. He told me he pushed me that hard becasue he seen potential in me... and that day I showed him my back bone and temper.. and he respected me for it.. said i had guts.. I worked for him for 10 years untill he retired. he taught me alot. we learned how to respect one another.
