when i was a little child chess passionated me as well but when i grew up i stopped playing it because i didn't feel it was the best game for my age..

How could you notice that there are no chess players here? Have you examined the interests of every profile on mylot.com? Anyway, I love chess. But it is rather difficult to play chess at mylot.com .. I play at games.yahoo.com

I used to play chess when I was younger and I was about average. I think I will start playing some games soon.

I play on yahoo chess quite a bit, but I haven't traveled and played competitively in tournaments since I was around 14 years old or so in 8th grade. I have a whole slew of trophies from back then though. My USCF rating was around 1300 which was pretty good for that age I believe. I finished 14th in the state two years in a row for my age group and Texas is a big state ;-) Best wishes.

When I was young, my dad bought me an electronic chess game, I did not know how to play at that time, so i saterted playing and playing the electronic game until i learned to play. It was the best thing that ever happened to me. since then I spent hundreds of hours enjoying this beautiful games. With a game like that you don't need no friends. I played people from all over the world. Thanks to chess, I learnt to be patient, to be understanding, and to think first. So much to say never rnough time to say it all. :)

I love chess too, too bad I hardly ever play anymore, the problem is it takes a lot of time and also a lot of practice to play well.
