Who do u held responsible if a team looses,is it the captain or the coach ???

Always the coach. The captain can't control what the other players are doing. In fact, the captain isn't even as instrumental in controlling the team as the point guard is. The coach, however, is paid big bucks to train the team to work together, to take players who aren't performing out of the lineup, to watch taped games of the other team in order to tell his team how to best play against them, to recruit good players, etc. There is a lot of responsibility placed on a basketball coach, not the players.
