I backpacked through Europe after I graduated from College. It was a great experience and a lot of fun. Have you backpacked before? If so, where?

I lived in Finland working for a family as an au pair when I was 18. After this I went around Europe by train. I caught a ferry over to Sweden. Stockholm looked lovely with all its old buildings. I had a magical train journey through past green forests and blue lakes up to Narvik in Norway. The Land of the Midnight Sun was stunning. I went to Olso next, a place with an interesting history. I then caught a train past beautiful fjords to picturesque Bergen. My last stop in Scandinavia was Copenhagen. It was such a fun place to be.
Then I stopped off to go up to the top of Koln's cathedral in Germany. That had an amazing view. I carried onto Bruges in Belgium and saw all the canals. Then I had a long train jouourney to Budapest in Hungary. I loved it there. I went to the opera for the first time in my life.
Since then I have added to my experiences of travelling Europe by train. It is always very enjoyable.
