What should I do or how to react?

two years ago in my college days i lend money to my friend for college fees,has he was struggling for money.After the graduation he got job in a company and earning alot, now i was in need money so i asked help from him or to give my money,I am asking for past 6 months,He is about 1500 miles away for me,If i call him he is not picking the phone or he is not responding to the call,What should i do?

If it is over 200$ I would take him to small claims court, he will be responsible for the court costs

What to do my friend i think such guys exists in evry college..The same incidnet happened to my college friend also..he too gave money to his friend when he was in need and now he is struggling to get the money back from him..My suggestion is that since he is ur college friend u could get his house address from any of ur college friends.After getting his house address u better contact his parents and inform them about this..

i think you have to forget about it after that if he pays you back that it will bring you more joy then you sffure from that tention
