try to read the newspaper daily.if possible watch channels like BBC and CNN to get the pronounciation.try to talk with your friends also in english.think whatever you want to talk in english rather than in your mother tongue.dont feel shy and have a inferiority complex.these are the hurdles.

Try to practice in front of a mirror exercising the potential questions that you may be asked, before you're going to an interview. Or practice with a friend. Eventually the more interviews you attend the more used to them you'll get. Good luck.
