Do you get along with your co-workers? What is the secret to a happy working relationship?
I used to work for Trammell Crow Residential several years back. I was very lucky there. They had the usual office gossip and junk, but there were 5 girls all near my age. We are the best of friends. Only one of us still works there, but we still get together for dinner at least once a month! I think we got along so well because we were close in age and all pretty much respected each other.

Yes, I find my co-workers don't have any problem with me and I also don't have any problem with them. The secret of getting along with your co-workers is for you to adjust and adopt their shared values. Trust, respect and understanding also count.

I've always gotten along with co-workers pretty well. I'm a bit of an isolationist, but I've made friends everywhere I've ever worked. I'm not meaning to brag here, but I am an excellent worker wherever I go, and I've had jealous co-workers who made real efforts to get me in trouble or to discredit me. Like the one last year who kept telling me, "Don't write so much in your plan book. You'll make all the rest of us look bad."

i get along very well with my colleagues...from all departments. but i get better with the sales team, as i started out with sales as well. it's happier to work in an environment where everyone is friendly and there's team work.

I used to think that I got along w/the co-workers BUT after today since I got fired over a lie, I guess I do NOT!!

I work for a company that requires me to go to different places. I find that if you observe people and see how they interact with each other you will find out if these are people you can get along with or not. I think that is great you get along with co-workers.

I think the secret of establishing a good working relationship has not been revealed yet. But let me give my opinion about it. I think we have to make effort to get along with our co-workers, unless we already have an inert skills of getting along with different kinds of people. But I still think, it's just a matter of reaching out to people, and make some effort.

When I worked at my last job, I got along well with my coworkers. I'm no expert on workplace relationships, but I'd say being friendly and helpful works in keeping things pleasant on the job.
