this lovely actress is one of my favorites. she is not only gorgeous, she is also a good actress. she is currently playing shane in the l-word.
and she happens to be the cousin of gwyneth paltrow;)
anybody else here think kate is amazing? if so, what is the favorite role you've seen her in?

I absolutely adore Katherine Moennig.. Of course, her role as Shane made me fall in love with her initially. Since then, I've seen her in Young Americans (an old WB summer series) and clips of Art School Confidential. I also saw her in a music video, but I forget the song. I want to see her other works..!
I didn't know that she's cousins with Gweneth Paltrow! That's very cool. Both gorgeous women.
It seems like even the straight girls fall in love with Shane.. and for good reasons!! Kate is incredible, sexy, and amazingly talented.

wow, it took ya long enough to find me and this discussion :b...i can't believe i posted it a year ago!
but i'm glad you did respond...at least i know i'm not the only mylotter who's ever heard of ms. kate.
i haven't seen young americans but she was one of the main reasons i rented artschool confidential ;) her character was funny but she REALLY needed to be in the film more lol.
the video she appeared in was by the band our lady peace, though i'm not really a fan, so i forget the name of the song :(
i can't wait til the l-word #5 begins! in a matter of weeks now (here in canada anyway)
