Are you talking about the movie, "Kingdom of Heaven" (2005)? I have never watched it but the content seems interesting, especially the character Blaian, the reluctant hero.

Somehow it gives hint of a more peaceful life without of course those who have excesses.

I think its a verry good movie, but reality was more worse then the movie, the history is real, but what I think of the character Balian is that he is to nice for the world, he just had to mary the girl, but he didnt. do little evil for greater good. that is what I think

for starters, im glad that this movie didnt give the impression that all muslims are evil and are the bad guys, like many hollywood movies have done in the past.... not just muslims, hollywood movies have, for ages, defamed many communities like the russians, arabs, communists and also asians to an extent... at least this movie didnt do that ....

of course, this movie left so many marks on my life. I think that God don't want people to kill each other only to make a kingdom of heaven.
I hope all moslem people ( such as Israel & Palestina ) or christian people ( Irlandia ) can see this movie to change their way of life and open their mind. Peacee...

I just rewatched it and found it to be an awesome movie. I was impressed by the history of it as well as the actors. Overall very good movie. Plus, I like reading about medieval history and it was right in the middle of it.

This is a very good movie. So many moral lessons. And yes after watching this movie twice. It left something to meditate.
