Can one night stands ever progress into meaningful relationships?

From personal experience, one night stands do not last. I tried and actually married the girl, but once I was deployed over seas the relationship fell apart.

Considering a one-night stand to be is just that, one night, no phone numbers, no strings. Then I'd pretty much say no.

I donot think , one night stand will give any meaningful realtionship. for a meaningful realtionship, you need to have mind full of love not full of lust. I think the one night stand is having most part of the lust and least part of the love. So its not gonna give a meaning to the realtion.

I don't know from personal experience but I cant see why not.. Depends on the people I suppose there would have to be some kind of attraction there in the first place to have the one night stand ...

It could, but most don't. One stands are just that, they are one night stands. It's simple as that.
