I think in our daily life atleast 6-7 hours of sleep is very essential and it is very necessary. I sleep for 8 on weekdays and on weekend I sleep for 10 hours...

A human life requires maximum of 8 hours to sleep and this would keep his mind and body in an good condition

I need at least 6 hours of sleep to feel energized again.

I need 7hours to sleep so then i recover and illbe active again and ready for work .

I need around 8/nite. W/o going into it however I was very sick for quite some time and would sleep literally around 20 hours out of each day. At the time my brain was swollen, etc and I believe it was my body's way of healing. Although what I have is considered chronic and manageable as long as I make it that way:)...(hard for me at times) then I now am back doing well at 8/nite. Less than that and I have a very hard time. I would give anything if I only needed 4-5 and could keep on going!!!

I need to sleep at least 6 hrs.But for weekend I need a little more.
