I'm twenty-five and just started smoking three years ago. That's funny, I just realized it was around the time my husband and I got married!! Anyways, I have tried several times to quit and I just can't. It seems to be my only escape from the world you know? I have an eight month old, a husband, and a jack russell terrior puppy that all seem to always want something from me. Smoking is my me time, it is my sanity. How can you give that up??

I think a smoking inhabitiliation center would help in this case. I think quitting smoking really requires a great will which is really unimaginable! Thanks.

My dad has a similar issue when it comes to smoking. He wants to quit and has tried but is unable to because of the stress at work. Everytime he stops, he ends up taking the habit back up.
I personally don't smoke but do understand a little bit because I'm addicted to caffeine. I've tried to break my habit, or at least reduce it but have never been able to.
