What is your favourite kind of chocolate?

I like Milk Chocolate the best. I love it.

Valrhona Guanaja -- 70% cocoa from South America. I love dark, nearly bitter chocolates. I also like the organic, fair trade chocolate that I get through the local co-op.

I am very odd when it comes to liking chocolate. I never indulge with my chocolate. But, I have to say every now and then I have a fondness for a regular old hershey bar. I remember when i was in grade school and we would win student of the month we got a giant larger than life hershey bar. Maybe I am being nostalgic, but for me it is the Hershey Bar!!

In the States, there is a company called See's Candies. They have a wide assortment of chocolates and it's the best candy I've ever tasted... Around holidays, the shop is so full it's almost impossible to get some if you wait until the last minute. Just thinking about it now makes me want to go rush out and get some. It melts in your mouth and I love all the different flavors.

I would have to say that my favorite chocolate is Ghiaradelli with caramel inside or just a Mr.Goodbar.

I Love Lindor Truffles by Lindt. My favs are the Milk Chocolate ones. If I'm having a bad day, just popping one of these little balls of pure pleasure into my mouth brings my mood to a better level. Oh YUMMY, now I"m hungry for Chocolate, Where did I put that little red bag, ahhhhhh here it is ;)
