Is Outkast's Idlewild As Good As Speakerboxx/Love Below?

Outkast's last album was pretty much universally acclaimed as one of the best hip-hop albums in years. Is Idlewild a strong follow-up, or just a sad step downhill? I think it's really interesting that they chose to do a movie instead of just doing another album, but I'm not sure that the film itself is as interesting as their music recordings. What do you think?
