I have started a blog (mainly to make money from people clicking my ads/doing searches) can anyone offer advice: 1: how to get the site a lot of traffic 2: what can i put on the site to attract people (non-pornographic,offensive--my mom visits the site!!) please visit and advise under the comment section that i started, thanks--- http://finallyloseit.blogspot.com

You can get your blog on lots of Blog Directories. On my blog I have a list showing the best ones that have worked for me. Look at my Weekly Report, where they are listed with links, on http://mikesmoneymakingmission.blogspot.com. Good luck, Mike. I've been to your blog.

Try signing up for some traffic generators like Blog Mad, Blog Soldiers, or Blog Explosion. Sign up to Technorati as well and be sure to ping your blog. These will greatly improve your traffic! Good lucks!!!
