I don't understand what you mean by the first line.
And what's wrong with losing to Nadal? If, Nadal has done well in other tournaments like he has done so at Wimbledon 2006, Federer might have more chances to meet Nadal since they are usually the top 2 seeds. And that might improve Federer's Head-to-Head with Nadal. I am quite confident that Federer can beat Nadal on any other non-clay surfaces any time.
Nadal is just good on clay. But Federer is a more well-rounded player. He's good on hardcourts and on grass, and he can reach the finals on clay. That says alot about how good he is, no?

I think Roger still has a long way to go in his career. At least another 5 years or so. I guess it will not be a surprise if he manage to set a few more new records.
He's good on all surfaces and is a very well rounded player. Let's hope he win the French Open 2007.
Cheers.

I would probably have to agree with you there as he has won many titles and seems unbeatable on any type of surface. A lot of the good players played well only on certain types of surfaces. Pete Sampras was a great player too but Federer will surely pass him in titles as long as he stays healthy and has the desire to keep playing.
