Curious to know how many people r reading the books or watching the movies that have come out & Ur opinions & thoughts as to them.
I can say that toward the end of the Order of the Phoenix, I found myself having to re~read a few areas where there was alot of activities going on at the same time. As well as 1 or 2 areas of the Half Blood Prince.
Lastly, I cant wait for the last 2 books to come out.

there's only one more book left.
I've read the whole series twice so far, I agree with the later books being a lot more complicated, I think I'm going to start reading them again soon!

nup it says in the FAQ that she never intended to write more than 7 books, and I'm pretty sure they only do 7 years of schooling at Hogwarts not 8

No there's 2. There's a total of 8 books altogether. If U remember back in the begin'g, they said something about him completing 8 yrs of schooling. & in the 5th book (Order of the Phoenix) if U remember, schooling is mandatory til the age of like 17 or 18. Fred & George took the prize money that Harry gave them to open a Joke/Prankster shop & quit school.
In the 7th Book~ they still neeed to tell us who is the Half Blood Prince & some other stuff.
Book 8 was supposed to b the final showdown w/ Voldemort. If not Lucius Malfoy & the others.
That's the tidbits I got from JK Rowling's website some time ago unless something's changed?

Yeah! Harry Potter racks! My favorite movie and book ever! I like the stories and the sceneries of all Harry Potter series! Its simply awesome and amazing! Unfortunately, Harr Potter is now on its last episode. Too bad,.. I guess they have to end the series because the lead actors are already adults and i think its hard for the director and producer to promote the movies with matured actors.

I think they could still get away w/ it. I'd go see the movie no matter what.

they're not on the last episode...the 6th movie is currently in pre-production or design and I'm pretty sure I read that they will make them all once the last book comes out

plus the cast are still in their teens, with Rupert Grint (Ron) being the oldest of the 3 main characters at 18

I haven't read the books but love the movies and can't wait for the next one. I am disappointed that Harry Potter is coming to an end.

I also have read the Harry Potter books and also watched the movies. I do think it's a very good book. Actually I wasn't a big reader before but I started reading books after I read the Harry Potter books. I think Harry is a very brave kid and it inspires me. don't you think so?
