Would love some tips on how to find some cheap materials for this, a pond* (see below) & any other things I havent thought of. The pond reason: When it rains out here, the run~off from my neighbor's property flows onto mine & across our private road we share w/ 4 other houses, 2 of which have cars so this creates a big problem. I've been told to call Code Enforcement for the County but it'll b several weeks before they can get out here & on top of that, it doesnt rain here but 2~3 times a yr. Phoenix get's more than we do. I have tons of pictures to prove this but Until then, I need to do something. I know if it's more than so much water, Im responsible for maintaining/trapping the rain water on my property. & believe me it's more than the percentage. Would love any helpful tips to any of this. My neighbor is Un~Cooperative about the water.
